1-How to identify program users user name and password
• Users are identified in this section. Working areas, language support, user name, password and similar information are identified in the work details section. User name and password asked in the cube menu to enter the program must be the same as the user name and password entered in this section.

2- How to make authorization transactions to use the program for program users 
• Users are chosen in this section, work details and work areas are chosen in work details sections. Users can only have the right to enter the identified sections. If there is no work field, work areas must be entered by means of work areas type list by the hotel

3- How to give language support for program users
• It is used from use language assistance under work details from users menu
